Sacred space of the Divine feminine

I am going to be doing something a little bit different. This week's newsletter is going to be a message from a small boulder that I sat next to as I visited a place in nature near where I live.

New York is full of streams and granite. Nestled and hidden in a place not far from where I live is a beautiful rock formation called the Stone Church. It got this name because the entrance can look like the shape of a chapel. At one point, there was a rock formation inside that looked like a pulpit, but it has now toppled over into a pile of rocks.

I visit here occasionally. It's an easy walk to get to the entrance. I call it a cave because from a distance it might look like it, but it actually isn't completely enclosed.

It is more as if the Earth split open creating a chasm. There is a stream that flows through it and at certain times of the year the water can be quite high during the spring thaw or after a heavy rainfall.

To get into the cave-like chasm you have to carefully step on to rocks requiring some balance and confidence in yourself knowing that you can step on each stone without slipping off into the water.

I approached this rock formation from one side of the flowing water to see if this would be a good way to walk inside but felt like you had to be a mountain goat to be jumping on those rocks.

As I was standing outside the entrance, I heard some voices and saw five women had also come to experience the beauty of this place in nature. I let them have their time together as I sat on a flat rock by myself.

As I sat there, I got the sense that the boulder next to me was asking to communicate with me.  I looked at it and first noticed that it wasn't a rock to sit on because of the shape of it and it was covered with moss and lichen.

I asked this boulder if it had always been here or if it had broken off of one of the nearby towering stone walls.

Telepathically, it told me that it had broken off of one of the walls. I sensed this boulder had a masculine energy, and I asked him if he was sad that he had fallen and broken away from the wall.

He responded by communicating, no, not at all. I am so happy that now I am able to face the entrance of this sacred space.

I looked in the direction he was referring to with a new appreciation and took out my camera to take some photos.

If you look at this photo you can imagine a profile of a face lying on its side and looking towards the entrance.

He communicated with me that the reason why that this place feels so special is that it is very much like a womb of Mother Earth. As you step inside the entrance, you are filled with a sense of comfort and protection.

The boulder had also shared with me that the reason why he loved facing the cave was because he loved being a witness, a record keeper of all the visitors who come here. He feels it is an honor for him to be able to be part of this.

As I sat there in the company of this being, I took more photos of the entrance as the sun was shining above it. Later when I looked at the photos, I saw that I caught some beautiful light formations.

In one of the photos, I notice rainbow Angel wings and three egg-like circular shapes that remind us that we are always experiencing rebirths each time that we connect with the Divine and with our own Higher Selves.  The 3 overlapping egg like images symbolizing the 3 parts of us, the divine masculine, the divine feminine and the divine child. I really didn't know that I had captured these images until later in the day when I was looking through the pictures. You can see this image in the photo gallery.

The five women who had come to visit left and then it was my turn to venture inside. I carefully crossed over to the other side and made my way into the chasm.

I gingerly stepped on each rock and as I moved inside, and I felt the magnificence of it. I took several photos, one inside looking out and you can see the women in the distance.  This helps give you some perspective of the size of this place.

I stayed inside for a while until I heard voices of other people coming to visit. I left feeling completely different, a beautiful shift in energy, with a greater understanding of our connection with all that is.

If you need help with feeling the love and support that is there for you, please reach out to me. Together with the assistance of the Angels and Guides, we can help you realize that you have far more support than you may think.
