Fill up with love.

The holiday shopping is upon us. I have never taken part in the frenzy of the Black Friday sales.

I understand why people do it. There is loving intent behind it, getting a nice gift at a great price for someone you love. But the amount of people, this type of energy is too much for me.

If you have a tendency to spread yourself thin with all of the holiday preparations, it is a good idea to pause and make some time for yourself.

The Nature Angels would like to use this dahlia flower to help you through the upcoming month of December.

This plant gave me many beautiful blossoms over a number of months, but this particular flower is special.

Dahlias come in many beautiful colors. This pink and ruby color brings you a nurturing energy.

Notice how the center petals are curling in beckoning you to come closer and take a good look.

As you look at flowers, their colors are actually bringing you a certain energy. This color is the energy of love.

As you say this, imagine yourself filling up your entire body from your toes all the way up to the top of your head.
