Rest and rise up.

It is always such a joy to see the water lilies in bloom. These flowers can invoke happy, imaginative childhood memories. The blossoms that rise up out of the water can seem so magical and the lily pads are a place for the frogs to sit and rest. 

The water lilies are similar to the lotus flower, but they have their noticeable differences. The lilies have more of a star-like petal and their leaves sit flat on the water surface.

The native American Indian folklore says that the water lily was once a star that fell from the sky, landed in the water and changed into a flower.

The Buddhists believe that the water lily represents enlightenment because a beautiful bloom emerges from the dark mud. 

The lotus flower has a similar meaning of facing the darkness of night to re-emerge and be reborn and radiant with the morning sun.

Every culture has their own version for the meaning of the water lily, whether it be purity, unity or life energy. Whichever one, they all bring a beautiful message.

The Nature Angels would like you to look at the flower and listen to the message it brings you. Our mind may have been taught to think one thing, but our heart may feel something different. 

This is what the Nature Angels would like to say about this flower.

Hello most beautiful human beings, 

Any of you who are reading this newsletter have already chosen to rise above what appears on the surface. 

When you are at a slightly higher elevation, you can see things from a different perspective.

We ask you to open up to the energies of the Divine that are always being sent to you. Look at this flower photo image and visualize yourself opening up to the energies coming from above and not the dense energies below you. 

There is always energy being sent to you, but you absorb it most effectively when you are in a receptive state. Let this flower help you receive. 

This particular blossom isn't fully opened. It is more of a cup shape, and it is to give you an image of a container so that that you can visualize you are like a container holding the energy within you. 

Water lilies do come in different colors but the white one today is bringing you the purity of your soul, untouched by the 3D world that you live in. 

When the heaviness of the world starts weighing on you, you can imagine that you are resting on one of the lily pads and receiving the loving energy into your physical being. Allow yourself to hold this image until you feel completely relaxed and full of Divine love. Everyone needs to rest. It is when you are fully rested that you can also rise up so effortlessly. 

Please look at this flower image and say, 

I receive the beautiful energies coming from all the loving beings who are here assisting me on my journey here on planet Earth. I fill my human vessel completely with this energy until I am full and overflowing. I acknowledge that I can experience both the highs and the lows.  At the time when I am feeling low, I allow myself to rest and feel all the unseen help that I truly have. Just as this flower closes at night to open up again to a new day, I also allow myself time to rest. I know that the Angels and Guides are always here with me and with this understanding I stand tall, feeling secure in their support around me.

Wow! That was an uplifting message from the Nature Angels. It's always great to be able to feel the support all around us.  

The Nature Angels mentioned that anyone reading this newsletter is already walking the path of understanding.  We are energetic beings.  When we are aware of what energy we are feeling, we can give ourselves time to go into the restorative phase that we need to feel balanced and full.  

Connect with your inner child. Use your imagination.  What else can you see when you are resting amongst the lily pads? Dragonflies flitting around? Take a moment to pause, visualize and to also smile.

We have been programmed to always go, go, go but that puts us in a state of constant doing. It is important to also allow ourselves to be in a state of receiving. There always has to be a balance.  

The leaves of the water lilies can appear heart shaped. Allow yourself to receive from all your Angels and Guides as well as the loving energy of Mother Earth.
